Shipping Policy

If you do not select customer pick up, the customer is to select one of the shipping methods presented to you on thesignshark.com. Our shipping will be completed by UPS, FedEx or other freight carriers. Sign Shark reserves the right to use the most appropriate shipping carrier for the required transit time and end destination. Please note shipping estimates are based on business days and Sign Shark is not responsible for late packages caused by the shipping carrier. Sign Shark is not liable for damages that may occur during shipping.

Pickup orders will be kept at our location for 30 days from the time the ready for pickup email was sent. After 30 days the order will be recycled.
